All KaramBrothars products are shipped directly from Pakistan. We use DHL for fast and secure worldwide delivery, ensuring your order reaches you within approximately 4 days after dispatch.

We offer worldwide shipping. However, due to shipping restrictions, we currently do not deliver to Russia.

Each product includes a detailed measurement guide to help you choose the correct size. If you require specific adjustments, simply leave a note at checkout or email us after placing your order, and we will tailor the measurements accordingly.

You can include additional measurements as a note when placing your order or send them to us via email. The more details you provide, the better the fit of your customized product. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out!

Yes! If you have a specific design or customization request, get in touch with us. With our years of expertise, we can bring your vision to life and create a product tailored to your needs.

We aim to manufacture all orders within 20 days of receiving the order and measurements.

We ship via DHL and make every effort to ensure smooth delivery. However, customs inspections in some countries may result in import taxes or duties. These charges are beyond our control and must be handled by the customer.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us immediately. We offer size exchanges; however, the customer will bear the cost of returning the item to Pakistan and the shipping fee for the replacement item.

If you require a refund, you must submit your request within one week of receiving your order. Refund requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
