Karam Brothars 14-Day Shipping Policy

• All orders are processed within 5 days of receiving the order and measurements. This timeframe accounts for the manufacturing of custom products. 

2. Shipping Duration

• Once your order is ready, it is shipped via DHL Express, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 7 days worldwide. 

3. Shipping Coverage

• We offer worldwide shipping, with the exception of Russia, due to current shipping restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

5. Order Tracking

• After your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

6. Customs and Import Duties

• Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

7. Delivery Delays
