You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

- If the item cannot be resold due to its nature or production costs (materials, labor, etc.), KaramBrothars will work towards a fair resolution, which may result in a partial refund instead of a full reimbursement.
- If an item does not fit, KaramBrothars is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- In cases where the wrong size was ordered, KaramBrothars will gladly produce a replacement item; however, the customer may be required to cover return shipping costs as well as shipping fees for the new item.
- KaramBrothars reserves the right to cancel any order if necessary. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund of their payment.
- KaramBrothars maintains a zero tolerance policy regarding online abuse in any form.
- If any form of abuse is identified, KaramBrothars reserves the right to cancel the order, issue a refund, and decline future orders from the customer involved.
- All images displayed on KaramBrothars' website and social media accounts are either owned by KaramBrothars or used with explicit permission from the rightful owner.

We ship via DHL and make every effort to ensure smooth delivery. However, customs inspections in some countries may result in import taxes or duties. These charges are beyond our control and must be handled by the customer.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us immediately. We offer size exchanges; however, the customer will bear the cost of returning the item to Pakistan and the shipping fee for the replacement item.
